I didn't see the loss against West Brom. The Gunners might just have had an off day, mind you many of their players were crocked.
Read an interesting article on US cellular network Verizon on Wikipedia... Their subscribers have no choice when choosing content...just imagine Vodafone Live being forced down your throat with no option to download free/3rd party applications or games.

Briy. It does feel like the phone is gonna fall out of your hand but strangely enough it never happened . Not yet. It took some getting used to but once you are used to it its all play from there on. Only sad thing is that i cant save as many games as with k700 so now i download the games to pc via opera wap browser and send them to my phone

@Rhino: I don't understand your last comment. Why can't you save as many games on the V800 considering it comes with a 64MB Pro-Duo.

@786KBR: Does that D600 you've been using have EDGE? I see MTN's Sunday promotion state that it's EDGE-enabled while celltech said this model would only be available later.

@Brix No need to apologise buddy. Thankx for the chat the other day ;-) @Brix My house is on show today. Is for about 4weeks in the market and I've already had a offer. Now I don't really want to sell, so I've added a extra 50000 to my original price just to see how much will it get.

@KID, browsing is indeed free, but what they don't mention is that every time you load a page, it's data being sent to your phone. In the same way your phone sends data via the server. This constitutes downloading, and that's why browsing is free. If you went to a chatsite, you'd be charged each time the page refreshed coz it's data being transferred....

@Mario, it's this market, boet. Hectic!! Ppl are prepared to pay nearly any price, as i discovered today. Had the place on show for the 2nd week, had offers and counter-offers. In J-Bay i can imagine how well houses sell, it being a surfing paradise. BTW, found a nice S60 site which you may want to check out. Will get the details to you, plenty of top-notch e-books, most of them by 1st class authors, many of them in the Top 10 at CNA at the moment.

Samsung's really churning out the big guns these days- Check out the SPH-V7900. 3gb internal memory, 2mp cam, dual speakers...

Thanks for reminding me, have to check that out, coz apparently its only with the D600 "E" thats edge compatible...

ps there was supposed to be a D500 "E" as well, that went under some rug!!!
AFAIK the D500 never had edge... Il have a look later...

@ Kryptik,
That article stipulates:

New mobile has 3GB storage
Seoul
October 17, 2005 - 10:15AM

South Korea's Samsung Electronics has launched a mobile phone with 3GB memory, the world's largest data storage capacity in mobile handsets.
____________________________________________________

Hmm, Nokia and a certain model called the N91 might have something to say about that data storage capacity boast...
Still,it's amazing to see how in-roads have been made in these areas recently; seems like a plethora of music-orienatated phones are still to come on the horizon.
I suppose this was inevitable with all the mp3-player technology and market explosion/success in this area.
