@ pverri99

before attempting to remove the cover(even if you are very much capable), first try updating with a fully charged battery.... then if it still does not work, maybe opening the cover might help....

Where I can find CDA options information.
I want to debrand my k750i but have no idea
what CDA to choose. My current branding is E-Plus

@ralfzs
If you download the new version of davinci it contains a drop-down list of all valid CDA numbers so you just choose the correct region from the list ... so simple now

@synagence

I still need a description what is the difference between
EMEA1,2,3. etc or Europe 1,2,3,. exactly. I found some
info on the net, but the CDA I need is not in
DaVinci's list, because my language is not there.

hi,
i debranded my mobile tonight. i had a tutorial. this says that i should take r4a for cda revision with europe_2. in the new davinci client you can't set this number anymore. so the client set it to r2a in my handset and not r4a. could this be a problem with updating with seus?

Warning to all: read first, act later...

I seem to have reduced my vodafone branded K750i to a non-branded paperweight (at least for now)
In my rush to have it updated i downloaded the davinci flash software, and (from the http server mentioned on the davinci newspage) the flashfiles for the phone.

Started the software, chose the flashfiles, checked the flashfile boxes and the finalization box, and pressed 'Flash'

The software asked me to connect the usb cable while pressing the 'c' key, which is what i did.

It detected the phone, and started flashing both the main file and the fs file.

Only after flashing it mentioned something like 'Getting data from server' and 'Invalid user name!' and finally ended with 'Error: 0x001111'

After this process the phone does powerup, but after asking for my SIM's pincode, all it says is something about Configuration error and having to contact service.

Having not read carefully in the beginning i completely missed the part about usernames and credits

I assume buying a credit and then reflashing and finalizing will fix this, but having no creditcard, I am unable to buy me a credit. (and i really need the phone)

Any ideas how to fix this asap??

(And a tip for the davinci team: please check for the availability of a credit *before* flashing a phone!!)

Yesterday I tried to update (not to debrand) my K750 from R1J002 to R1L002 with the Davinci-Tool (I thought, updating is also possible with this tool and it is free). I didn't select the finalize-button. But after restarting my K750 it told me, that there is an error in the configuration and it didn't start.
I also tried SEUS but it tells me, that there is no update service available for my provider (eplus in Germany).
Can you tell me, how I get my K750 running? Is it possible, to flash the eplus-firmware? I really don't want to remove the little branding eplus made...
Please help me!!!
