I'm willing to drop 7mph and only sustain it for 10 days...
I can average 18mph for about 10 mins in any one week at the mo!
I seriously need to get my fitness levels back up! I need to set my self a target!

i know its not far but have have ridden 40 miles on bmx in a day hard work tho

i have done 119 miles in 2 days on the road, 65 miles on day 1 and 54 miles day 2
wasnt easy but i just put on a pair of really worn knobblies on and pumped them up to 60psi
but i enjoy many styles of mtb: trials/street/4X/Dual/freeride/Singletrack etc

hmmm i was just pumping up an old road tyre and it popped...maybe a bit old but got some new ones now and they are on at 118 psi
