@ BBQ-J Hey. I do room service for the O'Henry Hotel in Greensboro, NC and occasionally wait tables in the hotel restaurant. We have 132 rooms ranging from $200 to $500 a night. Our restaurant is an old world european restarant.
Our wine list ranges from $12 to $400. Here's some pix.

ok here they are for indoor mostly
brightness 71%
contrast 48%
Backlight On
Flicker Free On-60Hz
Lighting Indoor
Delay Timer 4
Picture freeze Timer 3
Size 640x480
Quality High.
And most of the outdoor shots are actually just using the auto feature.

how dose the whole tips service charge system work for you?
i get a automatic 17% + good cash tips. best Percetage i ever got was a 10 for a 4.5 order... also i got 19 for a 20 last night,,,
