Yeah, good idea. The PSN IDs thread sort of died, so it makes sense to have the IDs here cause this thread is almost always near the top.

I'm struggling to find any good games as in must play games. Have MGS4 and COD4 which are awesome but I can't find anything else. Waiting for RE5 and Tekken 6 but surely, something else to come. |

Tekken 6 has been in arcades for well over a year now, and by the time the release it for the PS3, a new arcade version, Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion will be out. That will have two more new characters on top of the four new ones in Tekken 6, in the same kind of way that Tekken 5: DR did. I dunno about you guys, but that puts me off so I'm gonna wait til BR comes out.

Sadly, the 2 new Tekken characters look crap especially the flying one! At the moment, MGS4 is so awesome that whatever I get next has to be of similar quality otherwise there is no point. I don't tolerate 'average' games, its either wicked or f**k it. |

I've been playing the LBP Beta since the end of last week...
basically if you like what you see in the videos you'll like the game, every video is gameplay footage and you'll be glad to hear that it plays just like you'd expect it to.
I have much preferred playing over building though, the creation mode is clearly very good with a ridiculous amount of things you can do but that makes it quite time consuming and occassionally a little awkward to get used to. So far I've not built much and have usually got tired of building before achieving what I want but that's just me, little patience and too much of a perfectionist so it takes me forever.
I think I'll play the full game and other people's levels before getting better ideas on how to build things....I did make a pretty goo ski-jump and rocket powered sledge though!

Sounds great! I saw a video of a level that was meant to be a take on some kind of GOW game or similar, and it had this rocket powered horse on wheels. It was hilarious and completely brilliant seeing this little sackboy flying along on top of a rocket horse!

not really looked into that much but the game doesnt appeal to me really...
i think the next ones on my list are PES 2009 and COD5... Might have to give MGS4 a try but im afraid that it will be like GTA and only get played for a few weeks...
COD4 is just too good... |

Try the demo of Pro Evo is my advice! It's really gone backwards imo and feels clunky. The graphics are also pretty pathetic!
MGS4 is a must, easily the best game I've ever played! The level of detail in it really raises the bar of what you expect from a game but be warned that there are long cut scenes...and I mean like up to 40mins!
PS- does anyone have any PS3 games they'd like to trade? I've got Condemned 2 which I'm probably not going to play again and also Uncharted will probably be available once the girlfriend finishes it.
