Just picked up mine today, free upgrade from Vodafone. rang up for an upgrade they were gonna charge me £200. Went into a store walked out with a shiny new phone!
Soo far i am very impressed. Like the 3.5mm headphone jack so my Shure headphones should be perfect. When i get the 4GB microSD i should be complete!

Right guys. Getting my N95 in about an hour. I have had a few but sold them straight on to get some dosh together!
I haven't used Nokia for quite a while, the last one I had was the N80 which I wasn't the slightest bit keen on. Anyway I'm going into this one with an open mind.
A few things I could do with a bit of help on:
Contacts - I use pretty much all the time and therefore have my contacts set up so that I use different fields for different numbers, instead of having a few contacts per person, such as Coxy home and Coxy mobile. Is there a quick and easy way to swap this into the Nokia format or not?
Tips and tricks - Does anyone have any links to any tricks or secret codes (such as the >*<<*<* for ) for the N95?
Case/pouch/protector - I use my pouch with my W880 currently and doubt the N95 will fit in it. What are people using to protect their N95 at the moment?
What to do first - Those who have N95s what are the essential things to do first in your opinion? Anything from button config to essential software etc.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help and if there's anything else you can think of it would be appreciated, especially those coming from .
Cheers

@ Coxy... I have sent my contacts from my P990i to the N95... does not seem to be any issues there...
I like it when you search for contacts is displays the possibilities as you type...
Have I mentioned the lack of smilies ?
Hope you have a memory card with yours... waiting for the postie to bring my 2 gig...
Lots of freeware S60 3rd edition software...
I like my Mobireader... I was still reading Sherlock Holmes on the P990i...
The "Wellness Diary" looks interesting...
Put in weight...exercise...eatting...steps taken etc... that was free download from the N95 itself...
The "Sports Tracker" looks interesting too... not tried it yet... need memory card for it to store it's data... but basically... it uses the GPS data... when you run... or in my case... stroll around the park... stores how long it has taken and you can blog it...
Similar to the iPod Nike thingy... but you get it as maps...
Will try that soon and report back...
Oh... and there is also the ScrnSnapS60...
I have been showing my friend the maps application... and being able to text my location straight from the maps application is good... useful if my old bucket of a car breaks down... or meeting others in town...
You can also save the image of the map position and send that as a MMS...

@smilerthe cheshirecat I am mega confused I downloaded the maps and they are there but when I look on the memory stick there is a folder called CITIES but nothing in there. Then sometimes my gps says no MAPS loaded....
It took close to 2 hours to download the map last night (I have a 22Mb line) and I know everyone is canning the server right now but if you have it uploaded somewhere like rapidshare I would love to get the map of you cant wait another 2.5Hours tonight.
Thanks mate.
