Can someone help me - if I flash my P1i phone with CDA 162024/70 (Russia) to Generic World 1 will I lose the possibility to use Russian hardware keyboard? I have localized keyboard on my unit with only russian characters on it. I think that the keyboard layout is in GDFS area. |

1. Copy the below string into a new notepad text file, 1 line, NO word wrap!

2. Save as "Whatever.txt"
3. Go to GDFS page in XS++
4. Choose "Whatever.txt" in the "Script" option
5. Run Script!
6. When complete, reconnect your phone to XS++ and check CDA has changed.
7. Reflash with SEUS to Austria A1

I think I have a similar problem, I am unable to flash with SEUS as my phone is not detected correctly by it. Somehow I managed to miss all the messages about backing up the gdfs!
If I try to use P1i_R9G007_R2A03_R6D23_CDA162024_74(HK)_R6A.gdfs in XS++ (which looks like my phone should be, its CDA 74/HK) it gets to "Activating GDFS..." with the status bar showing "Sending Applet CSloader" but thats as far as it gets! Any idea how to recover my phone? |

I guess if it gets stuck there GDFS is corrupted...Is your phone actually dead?

Hey guys! Just updated my Swedish-3-branded P1i (was CDA /46, now /1 ) using SEUS to R6F41! Was on R6D23 before and the overall UI snappiness is like night and day.
