lol, it is dark here  . 6:31 PM. Writing my essay that is due thursday, only 200 words more to write!  . But it is all in Swedish, so it is going at snails pace now. |

is there any program to limit the bandwidth for pc connected to a router.
i have a netgear router and i want to allocate more bandwidth to my laptop and limit my desktop to a fixed speed. somehow my desktop seems to be hogging all the speed  i can barely browse thru the laptop,
help please
