tried, but they are all in xvid, i need the h264 format like the one at ifilm, especially the 720p or the 1080p version.

I'm looking for the hd quality bud, converting it using super won't help coz it'll be from one lossy format to another.
EDIT: If you think I'm crazy, i'll just let you know i'm a big spidey fan and I want the trailer without any compression artifacts, which can only be provided by h264. You'll have to see the first trailer to understand what i'm after  .

@blu,i am also with u there,a big spidey fan myself...i think the trailer was released in HD format in the official website...try downloading it from there.BTW,do u know that the 2nd trailer will be released along with Casino Royale.

h.624 is compressed man, what you need is an ultra large xvid one and convert it back to h.624 |

@thug i can't find a link to download it.
@john well then i'll have to download an xvid trailer that would be around 1 gb and that would be madness when the equivalent h264 version would be around 120-130 MB

h.264 is lossless?
If you dont want artifacts get a RAW frame dump.

that is not true, h.624 is about the same as an xvid at the same bitrate. |

@shyam if i could get that, I would , but I won't download it. h264 is lossy.
@john take a look at this file. I made this from the 1080 version of the first trailer and check out the bitrate .

EDIT: The 1080 version is 130 mb which is also in the h264 format.

In low bit rates h.264 is certainly better than xvid,downside being the usage of more cpu power.
but i didnt know there was a lossless form of h.264
