I bought a micro usb to usb cable, which allows you to do the exact same thing as the livedock, but you can get it very cheap off ebay. I don't know if it would work (I am still on 2.3.3) but in theory it should do!

So maybe you want to try that before going out and spending £30 on a livedock? If SE would just get off their arses and realise the god damn update I could try it out!
Actually edit, the video says it works with any smartphone with a flat surface, so then no comparable with the arc?

Yeah of course it is, but when you're like me with not a lot of money that is clearly the cheaper option
but that Oona is cool I might invest in that along with my USB cable, piratically have a livedock hehe
actually edit, the video says it's works with any phones which have a flat back, so not compatible with the arc then?

FFS. My LT15i 4.0.2.A.0.42 that I updated to 2.3.4 this morning has spontaneously rebooted about 15 times already. Running Google Listen, Spotify, FM radio while out and about this afternoon it kept rebooting as I tried to listen to my content, infuriatingly. Then it just died before my eyes as I wrote an SMS, read email etc this evening.
Has anyone else had this post 2.3.4 reboot nightmare? The phone is to all intents and purposes unusable if this continues.

Sounds like you ned to reflash it dude, you might have a corrupt install. I've not had a reboot in 450 hours and that was a manual reboot, not random.

Buggery. Just do a 'repair' install via SEUS?

That's the slight flaw with getting a more powerful battery, the phone still believes that its got a normal one. As far as I'm aware there is no way to change that. You could do some maths and work out the ratios to the percentage you see to what is actually there...

@all
Can someone help me about arc, the apps installed occasionally disappearing in the main menu when transferred to micro SD storage.

This happens when the SDcard isn't mounted properly or is in the process of loading e.g. When you first boot the phone it will have to load all the apps on the card and until they're loaded they won't appear in the app tray.
If this is happening after the phone had fully booted and loaded then try turning off the phone take the card out and reseat it then turn the thing back on.
If this isn't fixing the problem it could possibly be the card is old or overworked or full to a point where it won't work properly.

This is another reason why Sony Ericsson needs to make their devices with bigger internal memory
