Hi everybody, i'm from Ukraine. i've just finished updatin' my K750i from R1N035 to R1AA008, usin' new SEUS - Russian lang. (downloded from http://www.sonyericsson.com/d[....]/UpdateService_Inst_2.2.10.exe - THANKs for link  ) - for now evreythin' looks perfect.
I had to wait prayin' about 1h.
This is what i have:

here is how to notice the hissing sound on W800i:
1) Go to Walkman Media Player
2) Pause the music (if it isnt)
3) Press the Walkman button (Shortcut button to open Walkman Player)
4)Press the Walkman Button again
5) Repeat Step 3 and 4 to notice the hissing
Doesnt matter which level is the volume set to...
The hissing starts with a sound of a click
(Maybe Too Much voltage??) |

Just tryed to copy 60MB of mp3 from phone to computer (around 12 files) and no comunication error ... R1AA008, EMEA_2, unbrandet here |

Well, the new firmware is working fine here, display looks better than before; I have a bit of dust stuck behind my screen though, very irritating.
Is it just my imagination or is the demo video longer than it was before? |

Anyone try upgrading from Singapore's SEUS ?
Yesterday i tried to upgrade my firmware but it still downloaded the old R1N035.

maybe we'll hafta settle with the one-way relationship.. hehe never mess with tha files thats already in yer fon. if you dont want those files no moe. then delete it. just always remember to save backups in yer pc. its a trial and error thing. hey! nobodys puhrfect, even technology and the softwares that comes with it. thats why its a continuous process, we've been naggin about the bugs of R1N, now those were resolved by R1AA tho not all, still we haf quams. so now, its another turn for the soon-to-be firmware... again.. we all hafta wait. and maybe if that new FW arrives, we still find things to nag about. hehehe sheeesh, man can never be satisfied.
about the hissing, ive noticed that with the w800, has the hissing, but its not that irritating, even if i used noise cancelling headphones... but compare it to K750's performance, i cannot hear any hissing sounds.
uummm wot else.. ow! havent updated to R1AA, tho looking forward to... just not sure if SEUS will accept my CDA. ive flashed my fon with DVT b4.

Just updated to R1AA008, no problems encountered during update.
I'm disappointed that the hissing is still there (I used HPM-70 earphones). And yes, the hissing is there even when no music is being played. Hissing starts the moment the Walkman player is opened. |

Kristian; do you have that problem when copying files back to the PC?
And you updated over the 'normal' version of SEUS, or you got the new version (although I think it's for k750 only...)?
Would you recommend updating from R1L002?
