So, ive heard from my friend that Samsung E720's are capable of physically browsing other peoples files stored on their phones via bluetooth... is this true? Ive yet to ask my friends who have the E720 to check it out.

Its an old function SE have had for years.

It was removed in the newer phones though, because the latest versions of Bluetooth are more secure.

I've done numerous searches but not really found a "perfect" guide for phone specific instructions / how-to's on how to bluejack using, for example, a k750i.

I have bloover installed on the handset, and have tried to "attack" on numerous occaisions but never succeeded.

As this is such a popular topic, is it therefore not an idea for a seperate forum broken into software / how-to's etc..

Just a thought!

Basicly, I couldn't find a simple "this is how its done" for my handset (k750i incase you hadn't guessed!), can someone point me in the right direction?

Its fairly easy. Just go to your phonebook, create a new contact, put your message in the NAME field, and save the contact.

Then, find the contact, press more, and choose to send it, via Bluetooth. When your phone finds another phone, highlight and try to send to it. Thats all you need.

Blooover isnt a bluejacking app, its a bluesnarfing proof of concept app. Its not of any use on the K750i, because its Bluetooth security is too tight.

Better bluejacking apps for the K750i include BTexplorer, and Easyjack.

Hey guys this is so much funnier if you first send a card to get the persons phone to ringout then when you know whos head you have to play with (so to speak)
take a photo of the back of their head and then send it to them instead of a card then get up and leave so they dont turn round and spot you
you have to move quickly
but its a rush

Nice One Guys...

I was bored standing at the underground station the other day so decided to send someone an mp3 clip of rediculose music that i knew would turn everyones heads...

i was with a group of m8s, and as someone accepted it, i could barly contain myself as he played it out loud on the station and everyone looked at him;P

it was one of those pricless moments...

I recently bought a T630 and only used bluetooth once to pair with my dad's i-mac G4 and it sure had tight bluetooth security. Hope my first bluejacking experience doesn't give me a hard time with security!

Found a great Bluejacking use for those of us who have reached that kill joy age!

Kid next door playing music full blast again. Don't want to fall out with parents so I created a contact called "Please turn music down. My washer on spin more turneful". Did blue tooth discover on landing next to wall adjoing her bedroom and sent contact. They are not very techno savy so I can imagine the confusion but it went quiet very quickly!
