I was bored of the regular game & so thought of starting a new game of Quake 4 on my new lappy...so I installed Quake 4 & went 2 the setting option & choose Ultra High, the best setting available...soon I got a warning message saying Ultra High requires 512 Megs of V mem...I clicked OK & wow...it looks amaizing...apparantly my GFX card, X1600 has turbo cache with 256 dedicated & 256 shared with the 1.5 Gigs of RAM that I ve...Thank U all mighty 4 this lappy & thank U all who advisied me on getting it.
Niru...I did C a huge GPS with this airtel guy who had come 2 my dads new construction site, asking 2 set up a tower...He did let me play with it a bit but when I asked him abt a GPS module 4 cell phone, he was blank & didn't know such a thing existed & he was a qualified GPS engineer.
I showed him the a few sites which explained the GPS 4 cellfone & screenshots of LONDON maps but according 2 him nothing in India had such Maps...this coming 4m a GPS engineer who has a GPS all the time with him as he works 4 Airtel, 1 of the biggest operators in India...JOKE.

i know you got practically free gprs, while i cant afford the plan that i have here, and i the others are even worse. i wonder ehy they keep the charges sooo high over here.

Gov...Airtel GPRS rates ve gone down in B'bay...Mobile office is now @210/month...actually its 7/day...quite reasonable I think.

@san thats double the price of the nokia piece!  but it does come with maps though. The ones i saw on ebay some time back were similarly priced.
@has what a waste-i bet he uses it for a minute to get the location of a tower and chucks it away afterwards.
Although i have the uncanny ability to find my way back when lost, i would prefer not getting lost at all

Nebody has the rates 2 DeskTop RAM...I think it is DDR2 that my cuz's branded Dell P4 3.06GHz PC needs...He's looking 4 the cheapest option 4 1GB...he's got a 256 with 3 other slots empty. So if 3X256MB is cheaper than that or else sell the 256MB 4 2X512MB or 1Gb...whichever works out cheaper.
I remember somebody posting a link 2 some shop in B'bay when I was in Dubai...if that somebody could be kind enough 2 repost it or neother somebody that remembers could post it or everybody could post nebody's link 2 the rates of RAM in B'bay...don't know what I m talking abt here...been up all nite playing Quake...I think I ve started 2 talk like a Strog too...but I m sure ppl out here R smart (or is it crazy) enough 2 understand strog talk...so help me god...I mean guys...n gals...somebody...nebody...everybody!!!

the only way shumi can win the championship is if aphonso gets a DNF (did not finish) and schumi comes in first. yes he will win the race, but i dont think he can get the championship, unless of course alonso had an "unfortunate accident" before the race or during the race
