@demmy. I was asking dawny about MMS on his 3100. Have u resolved yuor issue yet? U say u can send text in MMS but cant send audio & images?

@Aya the options 4 mms are
1. save sent messages (status - yes)
2. delivery reports (status - yes)
3. scale image down (status - yes)
4. default slide timing (status - 1min)
5.allow mms reception (status - yes)
6.incoming mms (status - retrieve)
7.connection settings (contains sub entry)
a. active mms settings (status - glomms)
b. edit active mms settings (contains sub entry)
bi. settings' name ( status - glomms)
bii. homepage (status - http//mms.gloworld.com/mmsc)
biii. session's mode (status - permanent)
biv. data bearer (status - gprs)
bv. Bearer settings (staatus - contains sub)
bv"1. gprs access (staus - glomms)
bv"2. IP address
bv"3.authentication (status - normal)
bv"4.user name (status - mms)
bv"5. password (status - not activated)
8. allow adverts (status - yes)
PS. JUST GOT A CONFIRMATION NOW THAT THE MMS I SENT TO U COULDN'T BE DELIVERED

@Demmy, sorry u have a problem wit ur mms. I guess Bcos of its so many problem Dats y dey have not started billing 4 it. Glo must stil be fine tuning d whole gprs stuff Dats y d service is so epileptic. I wonder if they wil make profit from gprs if dey continue dis way.

@areafada. Sorry i couldnt reply earlier, my bat was dead no lite 2 charge it. It got d games from Kobrawap.com. But d site is kinda crazy cos is not every time u can d load. Just visit d site regularly and u might just be lucky 2 get sometin.

Let me have a feedback.
There are some networks that actually offer GPRS WAP free. Its a great way to attract subscribers. Wouldnt it be great if Glo chooses to do that?

Yeah it would be great if glo decides 2 do dat. Heard d networks in sa dont offer gprs 2 their prepaid sub. Aint we lucky in naija? Am happy 2 be in nigeria and be on glo. 10 gbosa 2 glo.

@dawny. D SA networks must be crazy. Shame on them. I wouldnt get on a contract plan 4 anything. U havent answered my question about outgoing MMS on your phone. Check my last couple of posts. |
