Is anyone here in on the LBP beta? Man, I want a beta key for that one so bad. Anyone got a spare?

i'm not in the beta, but have been playin LBP for the last week n a bit at the LBP Shop in manchester. Its superb.. Day 1 buy for me. . |

gonna have to check out both of those then... been a bit behind the times with whats coming out or on the horizon...
been a number of demo's out over the last few weeks, best of the bunch for me have been Pro Evo 2009 and NBA 09...
anyone tried them or the others? |

Nah haven't tried either of those. I'm waiting more on FIFA 09. I hear that's out in the UK? We have to wait until later in October or November or something. No demo as far as I know either! Grr. But then of course I don't know how I'd afford it anyway. Three games is over $300 here. That's the cost of a PSP! So I think I'll stick to LBP and Midnight Club for now and get FIFA later.

well, i gota say, fifa09's be a pro 10 v 10 online option is bloody brilliant, and very very addictive..theres no lag either. The feeling of teamwork, and build up play is great.. The game as a whole is excellent. . Its responsive, and very smooth.
I played the pro evo 09 demo, and to be frank, its the same old crap as last year, just tarted up with some new animations and slowdown removed. . Retard defenders remain, as do the useless goalkeepers. . Zzzz. Not a patch on fifa i'm afraid. . |

@jj03: That sounds great. I kind of expected that FIFA would be better (again) this year, with all the new things they've added. I can't wait to play it but it's not out here yet!
@gaming_guy: Ah that's too bad. You're lucky to have played it anyway! It will be cool if a few of us Esato members got the game and shared/played levels with each other.
