I worked in a printing company from 16 to 27 then went to live in Spain for 10 yrs
came back and had 1yr back in printing but changed to more lady like office job 3 yrs ago as many print companies in uk are closing.
Its heavy work lifting reams of paper, I used to look like popeye

I retired
I actually had 5yrs in Lanzarote and did a little work in animal rescue centre
then 4.3yrs in Southern Spain.
The weather in Spain is not as great as people imagine, cold and wet in winter, toooooooo hot in summer.

No red dress in my last print job, had to wear steel toe shoes and it was very old building so big coat too in winter
looked very girlie, NOT

The few female workers we have don't like the working cloths we get. to big bum
steel toes are good on a night out. saves you from a lot of pain. this takes me to another question; DrMartins are still available but do you remember DrAdams 2"soles. I used to love those, red suede
