@jitesh: I'm also using the K700 aka my precious. Btw Gareth Cliff is being paid to "drool" over the W800i. @All my Muslim brothers and sisters on the thread hope you have a blessed month of Ramadaan.

Question to Celltech :
Do you have any other picture of the Nokia 9300i ? And/or any info regarding it's specs and availability ?
Thanks |

@the krypsta: If you're buying anything off eBay please let me know. Last time I tried to register on PayPal they didn't support South African users due to numerous fraudsters scamming sellers.

@Brix, will do, boet. @All ebay buyers, the rumour is untrue, i did NOT sell Table Mountain on ebay. (it was actually only Signal Hill, but the Japs don't know it yet. Me not afraid of yakuza...)

@ Kryptik,
LOL,what's your eBay username..?Wait,let me guess...eBhayi?!
How much you selling the Campanile in PE for?It would make the ultimate pizza oven, complete with clock and all!
Are you selling the rights for any SA cities or towns to be renamed after the highest bidder?Fancy changing PE to Wanqazania,perhaps...,seeing EL's metropolitan region (including KWT and Gonubie etc.)is already renamed/known as Buffalo City.

Was at Brett Kebble's funeral yesterday...never seen so many people on the corporate gravy train in one spot. Tried being naughty by bluejacking a couple of mourners but their BEE phones(Nokia 9300&9500) were all switched off.

@Wankster, i'm going to start a new scam on ebay flogging pygmy nellyphants and miniature rhinos. Betcha the Japs will go nuts trying to buy em Going to call it a IRP5 scam, just to take the heat off our Nigerian brethren who are so unjustly accused way too often.
@Brix, pity you didn't ask Thabo's spokesman about his views on the President's statements regarding his disdain for gated communities, yet he's about to live in one.
Had a bit of a shock this morning when my phone wouldn't pick up a colleagues LG F2400, i think it was, yet hers found mine immediately.
Anyway, back to the grindstone. A trucking company has just donated 400 sets of pens and rulers to the school. Being as impoverished as we are, that's like Xmas! Gotta go hand em out to my class, so i'm being Santa today

@786KBR: SE is quietly marketing their phones...I've seen severasl magazine ads for the K750 and a massive billboard near JHB International, the T290 also got marketed failrly well when it was launched here a couple of months ago.
The W800i is phone with niche appeal and I don't think they should market it like any other phone. Did you see massive billboards for the Nokia 8910i? No. But that didn't stop demand for the phone, almost three years after it was announced.

@brix i disagree with you completly!!
The W800 is not a 'niche' phone, its a lifestyle phone for the mainly younger generation ... u cant compare it to a 8910i!!! thats an exclusive outrageously expensive crappy phone!
The W800 cheaper and more appealing to the youth!! u got it completely wrong...
@ rhino, thanks for the help.. works perfect know! |

except that i'd agree with KBR in that i think the W800 is going to do very well here. IMO it's going to be appealing to most segments of the market.
