Larry, according to your perception, is satio worth buying? I always like to have many applications on board. What do you mean by hacking the phone. I have read this in other thread but couldnt understand.

Hi Ceaser sorry fir late reply, spent allllllllllllll day sorting out my phone, had to use Davinci to reflash lol
Like you I had K850i before and i think it helps the transition to full touch, if you enjoy the 3 buttons on K850i.
I do like my satio, it is more complex than any of my older phones but can do so much more.
You have to keep a very open mind as it is not a normal SE, symbian can be too big a change for most SE fans.
Hacking the phone is not a big deal, if a simple woman like me can do it anyone can
It simply means that you download and install an app that opens up the phone to accepting other apps that would normally not work.
I have hacked my phone and also replaced the home screen with the vivaz screen so now I have flash wallpaper which looks cool.
I am glad I got the satio but I still like my K850i and will keep it as a backup.

Strange thing is that I was never attracted by Satio. But Vivas and X10 do.

Hans vivaz is just a smaller version of the satio, will run its os the same and probably have all the same bugs and an inferior camera. |

Yes, very good sound and comfortable plugs. 3.5 into BT unit. But not so good mic in BT, to much background noise.

I need a new bt ear piece for my satio, the jabra I have now is not so good , I lost my SE one at work.
I guess I will have to wait and save my pennies for other things.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Big benefit is that you'll be quick with cleaning. We've got a big house but it's always a mess.
