Sun is started to come in his true colors. Hot very hot here in day and in night, cold and windy. This type of weather is not good for health.

I had a hacked satio with flash wall paper
but the update caused my app manager to freeze so i updated the software again
which wiped everything from my phone and the new software blocks hacking of the phone so cant get my apps back
also lost all my saved messages  |

hans the 1st update didnt wipe the phone but the 2nd time did
just about my luck right now
went to view a flat on friday which is in a nice safe area but the flat is in terrible condition
do i go for better flat in bad area ?
or bad flat in safe area !! |

Sometimes are bad areas not as bad as said if you actually live there. An apartment in bad condition in safe neighborhood, Does not sound as value for money. Flip a coin and you'll know

I have asked for repairs to be done and a reduction on the rent and then i will decide
the area is very very good and has small amount of places to rent
the apartment is very very small, no room to swing a mouse but it could be nice and is only 5 minutes from my married home |
