Yo members, hope you read D600 specs on gsmarena, as I have mentioned previously D600 has no EDGE but D600e has, good to notify family and friends about this if they need an EDGE enabled handset.

@Mario, i've just read the story online, really tragic indeed. That area's notorious for it's updraughts and cross-winds... Wasn't Hansie's crash in the same type of terrain?
You're correct, i'm using Mini to access http://mobile.opera.com from the Ark although it's obviously much faster on the 6600. The 3510's really just being kept out of sentimentality, and also to pop online at free moments.
Regarding Opera Full, it delivers better page rendering, imo, without having to zoom as NetFront does. It also allows larger downloads than NF. NF, however, is good for general surfing, medium-sized downloads, and a big plus is the ability to save pages and bookmarks directly to the mmc. It also allows direct access to the phone browser's bookmarks, which is pretty neat.
The fact that the UI is customizable is a sweet feature, as you can add hotkeys for practically all its functions. I've gotta add that it sports quite a few more functions than Opera does. Opera's faster, but NetFront's more comprehensive. Opera does use fewer kb, but NF, when all the frills are turned off ain't a kb hog either
Mini beats them both when it comes to opening pages in record time, altho having to click on "Allow application Opera Mini to use network and send or receive data?" after every page is a bit cumbersome, i'll admit.
All in all, i'd say NF is a lot more intuitive than Opera, although it could be a tad faster.
NB!!! Warning- New Symbian Virus- Blankfont.A installs a corrupted font file, panic.gdr onto the phone. It then infects the phone's font files, rendering the text portion of the UI as useful as a bottle of Jack at an AA meeting. Avoid downloading a game called Rally_2.sis if you're a Symbian user. He make him da beeg sheet dat one.

A bit earlier you guys mentioned the cracked voda live setts, but... still cant use it to connect to web... and mtn only seems to work at times... GRRRRRRRRRRR.
i got speeds of up to 100k bits per second yesterday on mtn using my K700i.... Is that possible or are my pc fooling around?
I must say.... mtn gprs is faster at times than voda 3g.
Also noticed that i can access the mtn 3g service with my v800 without buying a 3g sim card. . . . i thought thats not posible.... MTN serems to be all confused lately

@KID777: Push-to-talk is possible...as of now only networks in the US offer this service. As soon as local networks find a suitable business model for the technology they'll introduce it. On viruses people with S60 phones should disable bluetooth to stop their spread.

There are one or two sites which allow you to upload suspect .sis files for virus verification. Will PM you the link. Would post it here but the mods would probably remove it.
@ALL know what i find hilarious? The mods are strict about not allowing links to warez but they turn a blind eye to links to commercial ebooks! Many of those authors whose books aren't public domain earn a livelihood from those books, yet here anybody can post a link to "stolen" ebooks, in fact advertise their willingness to email books to all and sundry.
Double standards?

@celltech: Why can't they just make a 3G version of the D600 and everyone would be happy. Have to say it's tiny though and it's going to be a favourite amongst the ladies.

Yo Brix my sentiments exactly, I guess its all about the making moola nowadays, if and only samsung makes a 3G D600, they will deifinitely hit the nail on the head, but all we can do is just dream and complain.....

Welcome Jitesh
Interesting statement you make regarding Netfront. My bro-in-law got himself a 6670 that came complete with Netfront, but sadly he's the Mayor of Numptyville so it's gathering dust on his phone.
Anyway, which phone are you using?
