Oh dear sounds stressful I have come to the conclusion today that Orange, although a great network, my god their retail staff are the most miserable, untrained staff on the planet Every single time I walk into an Orange retail store their staff look like they were homeless people on the street with nowhere to go. They look so miserable they are rude & unhelpful & seem not to give a crap if you don't get what you want. It's a depressing miserable experience going into their stores I am not sure who is training them but they need a kick up the arse Comparing that to visiting some O2 stores lately they are friendly helpful & smiling & actually make conversation with you. It really is refreshing I think O2 must have changed their stratedgy. I was thinking to myself about Orange staff & they need to be thankful they got a job cos these days not many people have. One store manager looked like she was going to start crying when I asked her a question as if its just all not worth her while. Its so strange. That was in the Bull Ring Orange store where my brother was banned perhaps they been told if they smile they will be banned too oh life

It is though & it really leaves a bad feeling on you as a customer leaving a store with a smile happy with the service & that they give a shit. But they seem not to. Leaving the O2 store recently I actually had a laugh with one of the assistants who made great conversation with me & I left smiling. Oh well such is life though I still love Orange as a network just a bit pricey

Here as well, my current network carrier has untrained staff. Everytime i move to them with complaint, they just handover me the phone and ask me to talk with the other executive on phone. What the hell was that? I can do that over my phone as well. Why should i go to their store? I have already written that it their feedback book. my previous carrier, vodafone, is really good. They would give you solution to your problem personaly with smile. Vodafone has better reception then airtel and bit pricy as well but my main reason to move to airtel is unlimited gprs for Rs. 99 per month. In vodafone, i was paying nearly Rs. 600 per month that too very carefully used gprs.
Sorry for late reply, just got a call in between.

I am currently out now. Handing in a very long letter to that Bull Ring shopping centre about that incident with my brother. If they do not do anything about it after this letter than next step is shame them.

Yup, it's awesome, stoked, fantastic. The new songs rock. They are really really nice. I like Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta A Feeling a lot. It's a great song to post on Facebook at Friday |
