Another Fix. When you open diskmanager in Win2000 WinXP the memory stick doesn't show the unallocated space anymore. (In the previous firmware there was 468 MB stick + 465 MB of unallocated space. You could repartition the stick and then format it to a one G stick. The phone showed a 1G stick, but it didn't work as it should. read - write errors, slower phone, corrupted stick ...) Now you can't mess up your stick anymore. |

proxy settings issue
I just installed the new standalone client (1.20) after uninstalling the old one (on a w2k sp3 system)
Unfortunately the client does not manage to connect to the server (gets stuck on the flashy login screen) and says:
"unable to connect to server. please try again later"
I suspect that it might be a proxy issue...
The old client hat a file named user.config
in it, the details regarding my proxy settings were specified
#
#Wed Dec 07 09:51:30 CET 2005
proxy_address_www.sonyericsson.com=cit.XXXXXXX.net
proxy_port_www.sonyericsson.com=3128
use_proxy_www.sonyericsson.com=true
install_package_version=1.19
The new client does not have this file and I have not found the item in the other config files in the new install directory.
Has anybody encountered / resolved this kind of issue yet?
Greetings
C.

I read that you need SEUS II v.2.2.10 in order that you could do the upgrade
Xperia Arc LT15a ->> Sandisk 32Gb MicroSD Class 4, Sennheiser CX400-II & MW600 C905 ->> Modded R1FA035 Firmware, 8GB M2, HPM-70 & MPS-75 Visit my blog http://laviedepaulo.blogspot.com/ |

Don't know if that's been mentioned already, but I noticed AAC ID tag support with R1AA008 - it scrolls "Artist - song" on the top row of the mediaplayer.
