When you look at the iphone it was available a few weeks after it was announced. A long time between announcement and actual availability gives the competition a long time to react as well. With the P-series the phones had no exact date when they were available, they just showed up.
Just not smart in my opinion in a market where the product life cycle is relative short.

Is there any bundled memory card with the X1?
If so, how big? Would be a bummer to buy a new one just because it doesn't use m2..
