Awesome pic of the 'nymph'. Brilliant! I agree about the nuerons, it's more just that I hate carrying around two phones, so have just been lazy. But I absolutely agree, photography is about more than megapixel's! As your pics prove! |

Tnx ppl,
1) it is passage (porch) in a shape of letter "L" at my cousins home,
2) the object on the right is a serbian musical instrument called "gusle"
From the Encyclopaedia Britannica :
GUSLE - stringed musical instrument of the Balkans, with a round wooden back, a skin belly, and one horsehair string (or, rarely, two) secured at the top of the neck by a rear tuning peg. It is played in a vertical position, with a deeply curved bow. It has no fingerboard, the string being stopped by the sideways pressure of the player's fingers. Gusle players or Guslari are among the few performers continuing the oral tradition of epic poetry. Most of their songs are about the era of Turkish rule and were handed down by teachers or older singers. Because the narratives are orally transmitted, variation in content is inevitable.

@blackspot - Nice shots man, perfect distancing of the K700i's camera from the magnifying glass, or is it a jeweler's eyeglass?

Shots taken just this morning, in a walk around Manila:
Santa Cruz. An electric post broke and fell on a jeepney and on a fence, which in turn felled a bicycle. The area was cleared of people for fear of electrocution.
Otis. Noontime play.
Otis. Path in an unoccupied piece of land.
Padre Burgos. A department store security guard detailed on the street fronting it.

@chilli is right, I used a small lens from one of the eyepieces of my telescope. Actually this has been done before by @max_wedge.
Here's the pic of the lens using another lens.
