@niru, go with 7200rpm hdd. definite improvement in speeds compared to teh 5400rpm drive. yes the graphics in teh A100 is better than the 6400. choose either one u wont be dissapointed then get some games n we can create a SEI online gaming community

er....i don't think the inspiron 6400 has a dedicated gpu
and the toshiba available here for 65k has only 64mb ati card  |

You can get a Inspiron 6400 with "128MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1300 HyperMemory" after customizing it for around $768 or something |

there are many notebooks in the A100 series itself, which one are u referring to ??

hey what about the hp dv 5200? its got a 256mb GeForce Go 7400 turbocache, whereas the 6400's got the ati mobility radeon x1400 256mb hyper memory |
