yo niru i agree with has, go with the toshiba a100 if u want gr8 graphics.
of those 2 dells id recommend the inspiron 6400.
unfortunately i wudnt recommend the HP after the POS hp 1615 i got. maybe i got a lemon but boy this laptop got some issues. cheap build quality, software problems, hardware problems etc etc. as far the the remote goes i've not even used it once and its as useless as a snooze button on a fire alarm. i use the BT HID with my phone to control the mouse the inbuilt cam and mic is pretty neat on the dv2000t and quality of the cam is good too.
yes u can upgrade the ram later too,but get as much as u can afford alone with the laptop.

Except for the graphics card, the remaining config is pretty cool !

Dunno dude, for that price, that seems to be the best choice. You could try asking if they'd upgrade the graphics card, but i dunno if that can be done....
you'd better ask the old timers here about laptops, ermm.. like say mrao or has33

hmmm let me see...use it in coll for gaming, watch dvd's, play with flash and photoshop
the only customization offered on their (indian) site was for a sports back pack and other accessories....not even a simple ram upgrade was offered check for yourself on hp.com/in

@shyam yeah i tried at dell too. But the inspiron lack a cam and mic. Though their fsb was 667. A configuration similar to the dv2025 + the dedicated card costs roughly 7k more. Is it worth paying that much?
How good is it having a dedicated card? How much difference would it make with the intel 950 gma? |
