Nah I just don't rate the GC. To be 100% honest I probably use my PS2 as DVD player more than as a games console. |

Ed-whats the advantage of video cd's over dvd?. Secondly whats the cheapest anyone has seen a dvd recorder for?, the cheapest ive seen is £400 so im tempted to buy a vcr/dvd combo.

Spike if we're talkin DVD writers for the pc i saw one on amazon for £150 the other day. The advantage of VCDs is that all u need is a standard CDR from any shop and u can write ur own movies to it from AVI or MPEG files whereas DVDRs are 'kin expensive and so are the writers.

I am gonna have to send my T39 back to celestica.. AGAIN! Hopefully they will gimme a replacement instead of repairing it.. i hope, hopefully.

Well it seems i cant quote the words DVD or VCD cos im on wap, so i have to be content with the fact that i cannot add to the DVD/VCD conversation nor can i say the words DVD or VCD. :-o Chris
