@arwin- my friend got into a car accident, his spinal column got hit bad.. paralyzed waist down.  up for a major operation today. they tried to avoid a head-on, ayun sa puno sila bumangga.. hay naku, kaya peeps, ingat po sa driving.

@mari...i had a cousin with the same injury, girl pa naman sya, she was paralyzed neck down, pero after two years of physical therapy (syempre with me para libre) she could sit down on her own and partially use her upper limbs. hay... very sad talaga yang ganyan, she was 28 when that happened. hope your friend would be fine and strong.... |

@rissa ... yup passport. weekdays sa makati ako gym. sat minsan sa alabang o kaya makati o kaya abs o kaya libis. sunday definitely alabang. anjan si RA e.
