it seems the WA state election is just around the corner, if there are any west australian here apart from myself, please comment on who you might vote for and colin barnetts rediculous water canal propsal...also what are your veiws on sunday trading

do yo uguys still not have sunday trading over that side?
I remember when NSW and VIC didn't have it and I hated it but its been more than 10 years since we've been able to shop on Sundays

yeah, saturdays vote will say if we do have it or not
did it affect small businesses in any way over there, like deli's and general stores etc. because if coles and woolies have sunday too, theyll have almost the whole market

I have to say that alot of the smaller corner shop style stores didn't do so well but the milk bars etc thrived because there were more people about
I gotta say I like having the choice to go to westfields or whatever on saturday or sunday but I do find it amazing that there seems to be as many people in the shops on either day
I also remember you couldn't buy meat after 12:00 on saturday which was ludicrous but that went at the same time sunday trading was brought in

hello ozzies, sydneyman here, jsut wondering if anybody availed of the virgin pre paid mobile kit of sony t630 for 200 dollars? looks like a good deal for me. but the thing that worreis me is taht most of my friends are connected in vodafone. woujld i be bbetter off getting an unlocked unit for around 350? and in case i get this virgin movile kit. can i use all the features of teh fone like, mms and e-mail? how much would virgin charge for this services? they are new in teh telecom industry so im having second thoughts. thanks heaps guys |

Hey, there's a store in Parramatta which sells the T630 (black) unlocked for $269. Only thing is that you need to do it over ebay, but you can pay cash in hand and pick it up on the spot, so its from a shop, but you just make the order via ebay.

I'm from Melbourne and recently purchased an SE k700i..... but of course it was from Bloody Vodafone.....
So apart from the fact that you can't use Mp3's as ringtones, what other functions have been removed??
Anyone know anyone who can debrand/flash it?
