Hi,

Whats the going rate for having your P900 updated to the P910 firmware within the UK?

I'm in Oxford, UK and a guy can do it for £30 while I wait? Is this the right sort of price?

Cheers

To anyone who has updated their P900:

Has anyone tried a nextlink bt headset with a converted p900? I've heard that they work properly, but i want more proof.

the new firmware has not fixed the bluetooth problem.
it just a modified p910i firmware
the last one was a modified p910 (pre release) firmware.
so this one is just newer but still no BT fix

There is practically no change in this new flash. It seems that the only change is the starting animation. There is still no possibility to rotate the viewed web pages, and no possibility to make backup & restore operations in the PC Suite... We will test if it is at least possible to load another language packs (this could not be done in P910a flash).

I really do not know what is this new flash for???

if i have the fighter pda or avrs can i use UFC tornado to flash my phone?? since it is capable to do p900 flashing (full/part)????

or must it be fighter (i know terminator and other crappy ones tha cant handle full flashing are out of the question but what about the UFS3 tornado flasher) thanks guys

also if i something doesnt go right and i am flashing back to p900 should i use just a "complete" file or seperate for cda symbian phone bluetooth

Other service tools that can flash the pxxxx pda part should be able to support the conversion, the support staff need to release the correct files though, as i am led to believe that you cant just put p910 fw on a p900, it needs to be changed so it works at an optimized level.

the p910u files dont change much, but improve the bluetooth a little.

gbrooks3 so the actual custom p910a firmware released by lead is it? and the fighter team cannot be used on a different program that can flash the pda part???
