Thanks, I think it was long overdue but its a good thing I waited as they've packed a lot of features in such a small phone. Was hoping to wait until the S700 came out but I just couldn't wait. No problems so far. I even converted some shooting videos for viewing on this phone. I uploaded them on this website http://www.parisp.com/k700/3gp-video/ listed as BlakeMiguez1b,Blakemiguez2b, and Bogs(as in Band of Glockers ) You can transfer them to the phone or view them on your PC using a 3GPP player like mpegable player

did you notice the new breed of CZs in the USA these days? there's this new polymer model again (not the early CZ100-polymer) and i think it's called something like Model-TT.... like a Audi-TT ,huh? and the other one, an all-steel model for traditionalists, they called it something like a 'police' model... with pictures below (note the thicker material around the lower frame that holds mostly the movements of the slide. and the new railings to hold accessories), also taken during our last GunShow in MegaMall...

Yup, The CZ75 SP-O1 Tactical. They're dubbing it as the "perfect IPSC Production gun" Its mag holds 18 rounds of 9x19 mm and comes standard with a F-O front sight.

hi guys, i've been scouring the net for a pinoy gun afficionado forum for the longest time and luckily stumbled on this thread.

although i believe this is primarily a mobile forum, this thread has been full of desirable info regarding guns.

Is Tri-mark really gone? I called them about a month ago to inquire about their HK USP models and was told to call back. I called a few times this week but got no answer.

Are there other distributors of the HK USP here in the phils? How much would the 9mm set me back? I've been wanting to buy one for some time now, and looking if I have the budget for it

Oh, for background purposes, I've been involved in air rifle/pistol competitions during my college days and had some range time with various live fire pistols and rifles so I'm relatively informed about firearms. Although I'm not saying I know a lot (in fact, I believe I am waaaay behind in terms of knowledge)

Welcome to our little corner here in esato
There have been rumors of Trimark trying to open again but I don't really know if they'll be active in the business after the fiasco. HK's authorized distributor is Nashe enterprises at Makati Cinema Square. But if you will read the previous posts you will see that I'm not too fond of them.
If you're looking for a gun forum frequented by pinoys try the link on my sig line.

Hello gentlemen,
I am new in this forum. About this new CZ-75 pistol, I've seen in the internet a CZ-75 SP-01
and a CZ-75 P-01. In the pictures, they appeared to be the same to me, I am just curious about the "S", is that a variation ? Does anybody know if PB Dionisio or Ultra Systems already carry these pistols in their stocks ? Any idea how much it would cost? I am working here at the Clark Special Economic Zone, Philippines and come to Manila only weekends so don't have much time to visit the gun stores. Any information would be appreciated.

hi ilocoslovakian.... obviously sounds a lot like czechoslovakia, where your desired CZ-75 is manufactured....!

yes the CZ SP-O1 is now available in the Philippines. and if you will backtrack on this forum you will see some of the pictures taken of that model, this last gunshow held in SM-MegaMall. and the booth where the picure was taken is of PB Dionisio, where it is surely sold.

doc,
just got back from lurking at the Band of Glockers (Glock Talk), and was really amused at one thread.... "what to buy? and why? yung mga walang masabi na maayos wag na makialam ok? 9mm lang"

hahahah! what a looney. i was really tempted to post my own comment, but i'm afraid i'd just add bullets to a dangerous brawl already in progress. and i remember he said "wag na makialam..." whew! with that temper, he wants a gun? heaven help us! am glad that guy hasnt discovered this thread. or.... had he been here already, with another name?

by the way.... on the forum thread table-of-contents (The Club House).... can anyone of us correct that line that contain the word....Filippino? geezz....we'd prefer Pilipino or Filipino, right?

I think that guy has been straightened out already and is much better now We're told that he means well, he's just not that versed with proper netiquette. Hope you can also join the discussions there. Regarding the word "Filippino"(sic), the sub-forum was given to the BOGs as an accomodation by the site's owners due to the huge amount of posts when it was still a thread in the General section, they apparently don't know the correct spelling. A few attempts have been made by the old members to correct that as everyone has noticed it, but it still remains.

it does seem that way, doesn't it?

I've have a few Filipino friends and they have pretty rich relatives back in the islands (family businesses, etc.) and the thing is they will get kidnapped and held for ransom at a moment's notice

So some defensive firepower is actually a necessity. [addsig]

She's a lady shooter who's always present in level 2 and up competitions, shoots for Lag-PSG. She turns heads not just for her looks but the fact that she shoots in Standard Division which is usually "macho" territory as most Lady Shooters shoot mostly in Open or at most in Production as the General notion is that they can't handle the recoil of the big bores in major power factor trim. The kicker is she's actually very good and beats a lot of guys.
