To me, that looks like Nodarsixar's Asian cousin.
Reuploading pictures as his own.

Ok so for you guys, 7 night shots.
All of them made in Manual 8mpx mode, which is the best ATM.
Manual ISO usually 200.
I think results are very good.
And I just love the new fast focus!
The shots are on the bottom.

Hey Dom,
Thanks for the shots ... curious the picture with the girl ... was she the focus point or to her right/left? She's a bit blurry in the legs ... then again it maybe my eyes I just took off my reading glass after a 10hr day.

Some of my impressions after a few days of usage
- Very snappy and fast
- Screen is brilliant enough
- Design is beautiful, the graphite colour looks great
- The Camera is great just when you know it
- 23mpx should be improved a bit with manual ISO and better detail
- 8mpx is great
- They added colours to the contacts which makes scrolling through sms threads a bit
- There is more space available on the homescreen, one extra line compared to the Z2
- Buttons are great
- I just love the sound when talking - it's the best sounding Xperia in calls to date
- Stereo speakers are quite good too
- I don't like to have SIM and SD on the same tray, I can't put in/take out SD card without a reboot
- I still use it more than usual so I cannot fully comment on batt life
- I love the much faster charging now!
- As I mentioned earlier, I was disapponted with NFC/PCCompanion performance of Xperia Transfer, Cloud option did the trick
- Calendar sync (on a fresh deice) didn't work with all the cathegories
- Deleting sms theads is very fast now
- No problems with overheating
- So far it's a very very good phone, very sleek epxerience

^ How often are you swapping out your MicroSD card anyway? Since the One+ devices this is engineous for hardware space saving. Much more space to be used for battery capacity, sure you may thing what's 1-1.3centimeters in height but that's close to 400mAh+ in a battery; don't forget about thickness playing a role here too.

^ Can you delete more than 1 actual message within a conversation at a time? I can't do this on Nexus 4 with Droid 5.1.1
Thanks.

Answers:
- The focus was definitely not her, rather beyond her, and she was walking very fast
- You can delete anything you want within conversation

So some tests:

Z5_Night_Landsc_Handheld by doministry, on Flickr
Z5_Night_Handheld by doministry, on Flickr
Z5_Manual_8mpx by doministry, on Flickr
The conclusion:
I would still go Manual because on low ISO the shutter speed is fast and the detail is great, the colour is real.
Now, the Night handheld (I don't know the real english name) is not the mode I'd use actually.
It's OK but the detail is worse, the coulour is OK.
THIS mode boosts ISO with fast shutter speed.
The Night Landscape is pretty much useless UNTIL you make your phone really steady: tripod, table etc.
It gives VERY slow shutter speed but a very low ISO.
The level/quality is the same as Manual but with more light in, and it looks really good.
But you're just not able to use it from the hand - it will be always A LITTLE BIT blurred.
Anway something new I learned.
P.S. 1
I am still a bit disappointed with 23mpx mode in difficult light.

Wow Dom,
The quality is really great in the last picture.
I always prefer things that look darker rather than higher ISO and a lot more grains.

=lee480;63940193 kind of interesting we have non-Sony users popping by this thread telling everyone how great Galaxy S6 and how disappointing they are with the Xperia when they do not even own it. You guys need to try harder and put in more effort if you want to advertise for Samsung!
Some night tests.
Modes as in description.
I would say - very good.
I still prefer manual. The quality is decent.
The light, dynamic range - very nice!
No more tests for now - I just want to enjoy my phone from now on.
And just make good shots with whichever mode.
