I "think" best if you want loud without distortions @ max vol on speakers, use the farfield_play.apf from w810i....
Coz i tried yours and it distorts @max vol on speakers...
juz my 2cents,btw yours are GOOD enuff, vol can be slowed down,i can adapt to that...

e_erzan , where did you find the farfield_play.apf from w810i? I already read through 20+ pages of this thread (believe me, I did) and didn't find it. Care to share with us? I'd like a loud loudspeaker.... |

Oh, thanks so much, e_erzan!!
I will try it later. I think I started to get obsessed in modding the phone (I have connected to FAR for more than 20 times just today). I have to hold back a little, otherwise, I think I will destroy the phone by constantly turning it on and off. |

Just clarify something for me please:
Will the w810 files fix the hissing noise or I should use both, the no_hissing files and w810 files for louder sound?
And what about the earphone files? Can I use the 3 sets or one of them fix the others too? |

As far as I know farfield_play will have no effect on the hissing through the headphones as it is the driver for the speaker. Yes- I did try it. To answer your question: The PHF_XXXX files are related to the headphones (Personal Hands Free). The Farfield_XXX relate to the speaker. If you look at the files in the accoustic folder they are logically named. As mentioned in my previous posts to this thread: I have experimented extensively with these drivers. As far as I am concerned, I am still happily using my loud V2 driver which is as loud (or louder) than the original R1BC driver and totally resolves the "hissing". I have not being able to find a better way to get rid of the hissing and maintain volume. I also think my loud version of farfield_play is louder than the w810 file when it comes to playing through the speaker. |

Ok that's what I wanted to know. If I needed to install the no_hissing pack and THEN install your/askd's driver, of if I could just intall the driver with all those files inside the .rar. |

Hi, I wanna thank all ppl who have done tweaking the accoustic files!
I tried a lot,but these drivers work great on my w800i:
The_BEST_acoustic_profile.zip
Dont know anything about them, got em from a russian site.
Try them yourself, |

I didn't like the farfield_play that much. I think it was too loud for the speaker. But, if you want louder than normal it does the job. I'm happy with the loudness of the orig driver.I'll have to give yours another go. But, all in all this driver only has an impact on the speaker not the headphones. |

Bro,can you make an abit lower not so loud farfield_play file?
It would be best if can lower a notch down with maybe you try to figure out wats the tunnel efect is from?
The original drivers youre talking about is which one?R1BC002 or R1CA021?
Thanks mongoose!
