Yes, i know that OSE is their feature phone OS. But why make a version of it with touchscreen? A waste of time and money imo.
Not a waste of time & money. They did so with OSE for a special build of z520 for the Chinese market; yes the flipphone.
[Why are SE using som many freaking OSes, Symbian, Win-mo, Android, and OSE]
- Although its seemingly spreading SE too thin - and in reality it is, hence the delay of releasing an Android device - its smart.
WinMo devices allow for better corporate penetration and North American penetration. SE, Nokia, and many other European or other manufacturers made outside of the USA have not had much success in the smartphone space. HTC is the Great exception - and the did this with WinMO - not with anything else.
Symbian; SE has a long standing history of working with Symbian and their employee base of coders have knowledge in working with this. Motorola's woes for the past 8-10mths may have resulted in them purging the remaining employee base with experience with coding Symbian (from their well known screw over and purchase of Sendo). I'm hoping SE picked up some valuable and highly experienced coders from that Sendo-Motorola marriage; looks like they have with that HUGE early start on Idou.
The more I see Idou's speed in the early stages of development vs what I've seen of Nokia N97 - the more I want to take a chance on Idou. But I really prefer a keyboard as poke-&-peck a screen like a chickadee, to me is not efficient. I hope that SE has a flush screen for the X2 like Idou because I may get that and await SE's second new generation Symbian^2 device.

According to a recently leaked roadmap of NTT DoCoMo, Japan's largerst network operator, Sony Ericsson has not produced any models for their summer collection.

it would be called X5 not X2
because X2 isn't desired in some regions |

No way is that a K850. Looks like a touchscreen. Is it the A200/A300 touchscreen? |

Some similarities with K850, but I don't think it is. Edit: Depends on if the display is faced to the table or not. If it is, I can't see no camerabuttons on the side of it.
Looks like, Paris?

I'd say something like the K330 for the first, then definitely K850, and then either W980, W508 or F305 for the last.
Nothing we don't already know of.
