@kap / neph -- ehem ehem.. running shoes? the best i tried was New Balance. replaced it kagad after a yr of six 10K runs (adidas power run, takbo para sa kalikasan, yakult, milo marathon, etc.) -- then tried Nike.. eh iba pa rin ang New Balance.. teka -- running as a sport ba or leisure lang?
@jepax / chito -- salamat sa crash course ha!
@rota -- aaww.. thanks! next time then. sana may mga kasamang beginners din. it was my first time ever to play BAD.
@GOwin -- sayang wala ka. pakuryente mo rin ung back mo -- baka gumaling kagad. hehe. |

@neph,rìz- thanks. Meron na akong NB, kaso di talaga pang running, medyo pang outdoor. I find addidas kinda expensive. 4 gym, badmntn use lang Nakakagulat kse price ng saucony

ok ang saucony for running (dati, all their shoes were designed for running), kaso hindi durable (based on saucony shoes i have used)

@kap, just remember that running shoes are not recommended for court sports. Most if not all court sports use different shoes. Running shoes have thick soles for durability. Using them for badminton, volleyball, squash etc is not recommended because it is highly probable you'll twist your ankle. I learned this the hard way when I was in high school. I twisted my ankle bad while playing basketball with running shoes.

@neph -- aray! i could just imagine! i had a hard time doing lateral movements sa gym nga with my running shoes -- when i was doing body combat: yung mga kicks. kakatakot --baka ma sprain yung ankles.
@kap - previous pages na discuss na yan ni gowin when i was askin if i could use running shoes sa BAD |
