Hey friends just letting you all know I might be confirmed as diabetic  Although hihihans cheered me up with a nice message & if I am diagnosed with it I am going to be fine I will beat this & change my life for the better. My blood sugar was very high gotta go back for more tests tomorrow

Oh My God! Hey Bonovox, first the hospital thing when You got all messed up on the porch and now you might be diabetic?!? But how? I know You were at the hospital becouse of the cholesterol ( or am I wrong? ) and I know You're eating healthier now but You might be diabetic? Oh man that's like really not cool! AT ALL! And I was about to shred down a chunk of chocolate,creamy cake but now I am so not gonna!

Well the thing is my years of poor diet have caught up with me. Just look at that photo I posted of me when I was 21 I was slim & youthful  What is happening is my blood pressure was still fairly high despite medication & healthier lifestyle but my cholesterol,thyriod,liver,kidneys & other such things are healthy & fine. But my blood sugar is up despite cutting it out from when I was in hospital. This has obviously built up over the years & now its getting to the danger zone. On the other hand my dad is also diabetic but he is NOT a big man like me & his sister also has high blood pressure so these things as my doctor said can run in the family. This is also why doctors were confused why my blood pressure was not down now they see it could be diabetes which needs to be brought under control. But they need to do one more blood test to be sure just in case because sometimes it can go up & down blood sugar. Mine was 9 a healthy blood sugar should not be over 7. I will know in another week. I feel absolutely fine right now but just a little tired when I get up in the morning. Oh well but guys watch your health & its never too late. People with diabetes can lead normal healthy lifesyles & diabetes can even be reversed as I have heard of some people becoming so fit & healthy their diabetes stopped. As you can see picture of health back then I was not always a big man. I am not a big fat lazy man I have never been & I do not look anything near my weight. I carry myself well & despite not doing enough exercise over the years I am still fairly active.

Thanks me too I was a bit upset when I seen my dad but I am ok now  Just think twice about having a sugar rush & cut down salt

As promised earlier, here are some pics.
This is my thread reel and my kites.
Look so many people on their terrace. I am at my cousin's house.
Look my kite is flying high ( if you can  ). Actually as i clicked this picture, someone has cut my kite. if you take your eyes off sky, you're gone. I have cut 8 kites on my one kite. It was fun. 
My cousin flying his kite and enjoying. 
Now he is wrapping the thread in his reel as someone has cut his kite. 
Tomorrow as well, we will fly kite. And will have fun. I Will post more new and fresh pics.

Great pics ceaser It reminds me a lot about a good book i read - The Kite Runner , where loads of people would come together and fligh their kites using sharp threads that they used to cut other kites down with.
First time i have ever seen any pictures of it

@Bonovox: sorry to hear this. After all it ended up being diabetes. It's all about taking care of yourself the most now. This is not any good and you know it.
