Oh i see Tranced when i was talking about a Mod i dont know if you have heard of a Mod? They were skinhead thugs on bikes in the UK back in the 80s or 70s i forget now. They used to ride around acting hard starting fights listening to crazy music. I can change my c902 start up screen anyway

'78 to '82 there where skinheads, mods and rude-boys. All involved in the Ska scene. Crisis was so deep back then, that no-one cared about the future. Ghost Town by The Specials is a great example of the end of that era.

I was a little Rude-boy myself. To young to be a genuine Punk, I hopped into the post-punk scene.

Ah well i am still a big fan of Billy Idol. Do you know him? He used to be in Generation X. He has had many hits here and i seen him live in Birmingham in 1993 he limped on stage cos he had a motorbike accident which nearly killed him. I think he is great and he is punk mixed with rock n roll singing Rebel Yell and White Wedding

I liked generation X more than Billy Idol solo. Same with Feargull Sharkey and ..? (Tip of my tongue). I saw The Damned last year and it was awfull, 50+ pretending to be 18. On the other hand The Selector was amazing, swinging and rocking like never before.

Er enough of the old i am only 38 in 6 days going on 28 Our older type music is not naff like listening to country and western or something like that. Its rock music and rock music has no age it lives forever. I also like alot of todays music aswell but the charts are full of shit in the UK now. Its all rap or rnb rubbish that sounds all the same.

Its true though some people today have awful music taste that just sounds all the same. The reason for all the rnb soul and rap in the UK charts so much today is the change in UK culture with so many people coming here music has changed for the worse imo. ROCK N ROLL
