Also, this could be the Z5, why? First it seems to have a smaller bezel than Z3+, second, on the lockscreen you can clearly see the "finger print icon", i dont remember the "lock icon" being that big, third, Xperia Blog and another source did mention there isnt much change in design. then again, i could be wrong :/

Full Frame sampling 4K is a Sony tech borrowed from their camera department...
Usually, when taking videos, specially new high-cpu intensive high resolution ones like 4K today or 1080p at it's first days, the SoC/CPU or what ever will select only the required pixels from the sensor, skipping all extra ones... in Full frame sampling, the whole sensor pixels are read, then resized to lower resolution to match the required 4K res. then saved

So there's 1776 extra pixels horizontally, and 1584 extra pixels vertically.
What a regular method of handling such different is to skip some pixels evenly across the sensor, so with the above example, we will skip 1776px horizontally and 1584 pixels verically, so we're skipping a total of 2.8MP of data...
In Full frame sampling, the whole sensor pixels capacity will be used, so a video with actually 5616x3744 pixels will be processed, then will be down sampled to 4K resolution and encoded then...
5616x3744 res is acutally better than 5K ( which is 5120x2880 = 14.7MP ) so what this tech. means is that you're taking a 21MP video source then downsampling it to 8.4MP ( 4K ) preserving all sensor data/information... comparing to loosing some data in the regular method...
companies normally don't use this tech except in high-end camcorders as it require extra processing power ( for subsampling the original video ), and the higher resolution the source was ( ie. a higher MP sensor like 21.7MP compared to 16MP one ) the more power it will be required to process the video... but this tech provide crispier images and better quality video...
The first 4K camera that used this tech is the Sony a7R II, which has a 42.4MP full frame sensor, taking a 1.8x larger video than 4K then downsampling it to 4K, which means it's taking larger than 8K video (33.1MP)

What seems to be a reliable confirmation regarding z5 devices display size:
S60 (E58XX, Z5 Compact) 4.6"
S70 (E66XX, Z5) 5.2"
S70+ (E68XX, Z5 Ultra) 5.5"? if true, though a bit of an odd short jump in size from 5.2" but a much better size option then the first z ultra overall size.
i'm looking forward to s70+ if true.
