i quit the airtel service and subscribed to idea service 
do u know idea is providing gprs@Rs90 not the internet but wap service has any body tried spartan trick on idea? |

Free gprs is working for me. Download speeds are really good during nights around 16-21KBps. But browsing is really pathetic. Do u guys experience the same thing. Is there any way to increase the borwsing speed. I use both opera and firefox |

Some people are getting speeds over 15kBps and still not happy. I'm a subscriber of Mobile office and getting less than 5kBps speed all times. Don't take the name of Free GPRS. It's almost dead here(works at morning only).
THEN JUST THINK ABOUT MY SITUATION.

guys, i am also enjoying freegprs and get 15kbps speed. but very slow in surfing. i thing we need some changes in our browser to increase the browsing speed. |

That may be because either u are not under a edge network or ur phone does not support edge. The speed that u mentioned is the one that I too experienced with my non edge phone.
And I was just wondering why can't we browse faster when we can download @ more than 15KBps or even 5KBps as in ur case. |

@alan hey i am bit surprised that you are not gettin good speed because these days i am gettin good speed through live. And the browsing speed is also reasonably good. I am able to download about 50 to 60 mb data everyday. I am gettin about 5 to 6 KBps in day time on my nokia 6600 which is really good considering my phone is a class 6 gprs phone. |

Yes. Here speeds are very low even with MO. Between 9pm to 11:30pm, speed go even very low(less than 3kBps). I don't know why this is happening with MO. So now I'm seriously planning to opt DataOne. Lets see....

i wanna know whether they are issuing dynamic or static ips?
Well for privacy concerns you can post the ip without the last three figures

@shivam007 dude gtl uses dynamic ip n here in haryana live n nop ip is 2o3.|45.|3|.|58 n its diff for diff regions like in delhi it changes to 152 n so on. Bdw live trick is stil nt wrking in northan india atleast in haryana nt yet..
