Do you see any dark point in it which annoys you?
Any serious LAG ? I want a smooth phone in any program execution !

Soon one month with my Arc. Fast and smooth, but not always. It is a bit laggy sometimes. It can freeze and lagg when sliding between the home screenes. Also it can freeze when sliding up the screen lock. Otherwise it is good. Are there some apps that I should be aware of that is known to slow down the phone?
Cheers,

wow ... doministry is now the poster boy for SE Android phones. How things changed from Windows Mobile to Android for him.
Good to see Android working out for SE and for doministry as it does for so many.
I'm curious, does anyone here using the Arc worry about their security or data? Have you received ads from Google?

Well WM6.5 is dead and burried so one had to decide the next step.
Xperia X2 was such a flop, shame.
Than I tried using WP7 for few months. Brilliant OS but so many limitations!
So I had no choice, again, when two OSes I liked, were gone (WM, Symbian UIQ).
I hope Android will stay for longer!
BTW Arc is really surprising me with the stability and quality.

coming from X10 user, Arc is sooo much better. The phone definitely super fast and smooth. I haven't noticed any lag so far. Perhaps maybe when something is running behind, the phone lag a very tiny bit about 1 sec. Other than that... super smooth.
btw, I'm not using any customize ROM and I haven't rooted my phone as I couldn't find the need for that. |

I am another satisfied user of the Arc....no lag issues for me to speak of. This phone does everything I want it to do with ease. It has been a joy using this phone for the last 4 months. I thought the Desire was going to be a hard act to follow, but the Arc is sooo much better.

yeah I love my arc, but regarding lag, mostly it's flawless but sometimes when listening to music and doing other stuff, sometimes the music will skip, sometimes for a while and it can get really annoying, especially embarrassing when you're showing off some photos to your mates on the TV and the music skips while loading them.
Still waiting for this update btw, don't think it actually exists

The only real lag I experience is either sometimes when going into messaging, or call log.
I also sometimes find it can be pretty slow reversing out of things (i.e. the back button) apart from that it's very snappy. |

I had a hair-line crack where the sensor is, but not where the back key is placed. Though only recently I have had the housing replaced on my Arc, and it feels more solid than before with no creaking whatsoever.
