I can't go everyday to the beach as I have things to do. To be honest we go like no more than 4 times to the beach. We have water pools also.

Well i want the quiet life by the sea someday. Me and my girlfriend its our goal to move somewhere nice oneday. I hope. But some seaside towns in the uk there is nothing to do in winter time so crime happens in smaller places where kids get bored.

Oh well, In case of a tsunami is better to be away from coasts.

I like liver though it can be a bit dry. Brown rice is better for you

Oh i like vimto and you can buy diet one. Bacon is nice but i tend to mostly stick to white meat. Only sometimes i eat red meat.

Yes i read its better for you like brown bread. I hate white bread i much prefer brown bread. White flour is bad you know it clings to the intestines turning gluey

Today I had a full meal in one dish: a brochette macao.
In it, you find a salad, a baked egg, a beef brochette with cury rice and a banane flambee.
Only cheese is missing.
Pedestrian: don't run, my car is faster anyway. |

Its minus 6 here tonight its freezing cold outside now. The daytime temperature tomorrow will be zero at its highest they said  time for hat gloves big coat. I have to get up early too cos my medication runs out tomorrow gotta get to doctors in a hurry.
