I don't have them anymore after i disabled those services.
Edit: My brother's system is the server, but he's got no nat errors since he's connected directly.

blu i disabled QoS now im getting all sorts of errors on azureus and also my pc is confused especially when wireless connection and wired are both on. havent noticed ne increase or decrease in speeds though.

@san were u able to get green smileys 
@zolo according to shyam tata is the best, he gets 20 Kbps on a 128 connection with 128 up too.
