yeah happened to me too, then i noticed that in the sony unlimited account my account was set to New York, then i changed to Italy, and that worked for me..
For another matter, DO YOU GUYS NOW what the hell is going on with my stamina mode ??
i don't think its working, while its on, i still receive message from whatsapp, the 3g steems to still work while the screen is shot, and look at this photos, something does not make any sense no?
how can i fix it ? |

With its current software, it performs just as described... now, any info on Bionz update?
Played with one few hours ago, fells much nicer than Z, "more premium" comes in mind, but I'll definitely wait until Bionz mobile is updated before purchasing this "beauty and the beast"

pretty much shows that the crappy software is holding the camera functions back on the Z1. And I really hope that they will add 4K video recording. |

MNX how did you get a voucher code!?!? are you using an american sim?
@sponse - apps like whatsapp and LINE tend to "get in the way" of the stamina mode. They somehow override the stamina mode when they shouldn't. i kept getting alerts that LINE was preventing stamina mode from turning off the mobile data.

@moogoo Yes, I got my voucher code. To detail what I did, I never plugged in a SIM the moment I turned my phone on and set everything to the UK. Delete the old Xperia Privilege before installing the new one. After that, the voucher code came out. Then I created an account with a UK location, then I was able to redeem the code.  You may have to reset the phone to get it to work. |

@MNX - man... that's exactly what i did when i first got it but it didn't work!!! argh.. how aggravating.. did your code work or is it still invalid? i don't want to factory reset unless i know it will actually get me something

@mnx and how did you do that? i tried doing it via UK VPN on my computer and then logging in with those credentials on the Z1, but it didn't work for me.

I would of said the Z1 was 2nd from what i saw and read. Lumia 1020 1st. However the 1020 takes like 4 second to process each photo. while my Z1 can take like 150 photos in 4 second, it also looks better than the 1020 |

i didn't look at the whole shootout but from their conclusion, it seems they picked the note 3 over the Z1 for its video recording (no doubt cause of the 4K) and the fact that it has better features? (no idea what that even means cause i didn't read the whole thing).
kinda funny though since we've all seen the video of the note 3 lagging while playing a 4K video while the Z1 breezes through it like a champ.
oh well. #3 isn't bad.. at least it beat the iphone! ha

yeah, someone from xda also contacted Sony, and Sony replied that the earlier batch that resued Z/ZL screen were recalled and the stocks out now use the same screen. It was bs of course be their reply admit that they reused panels and do aware that people hate it.
