the EXIF says
iso 200 for second image
and 250 for first one
EDIT:
You didnt sy i should have iso 80

got both lines and the iso 80

test setting: low light with different setting >:)
i dont now why, when i setting shutter speed 2s, ISO 100, in the picture have some dots colors with different colors (as the first pic) +_+ i think, wiht ISO 100, cant have this problem hix hix...
