@vojta66
I'm sure these are pe-production finishes.
If there not then imo it's a step backwards in terms of asthetics.

@marlonski, i too think a video capture at 640x480 is in order. Although i doubt 30fps.

can you remember the blurry pics of the K700 (we called it T650 those days) damn it looked so ugly and cheap, and it turned out better in the end, not ways better, but better |

That might be an overkill for a phone feature IMO. I'd be happy if the processor can handle a 320x240 video at 30fps. That's a very practical size for basic video.

It makes some sense for SE to put the 2 MP logo so big on a prototype just to get attention for one of the phone's more interesting selling features. Though i too think that de design of clara doesn't appeal to me, considering that SE produced such nice designed phones as the t-610 and k700. on the other hand, i think that the classy "dull" design could attract business people. somewhat like audi design: classy, sophisticated but not too obvious.
I guess we'll have to wait till the first of march to see the final design

the only problem i have with the design is, that it is a nother update,
why don't they just try something new, the k700 design was a good step but there were still some issues i had with it - it was to busy the front design didn't work with the back, the idea with the phone meets camera was a good one, but the borders between those two factors were to obious, they could have done the same style on the front as on the back - with the same colors and materials and lines
clara has the same problem, its design is too busy, why don't they just keep it simple (T610 like), the back doesn't fit with the front, there are again nice ideas on bove sites, but they don't work together

Not sure about overkilll, but 2mp with 640x480 and 30fps is possible altho possibly may be a little too much to ask for, I would happily settle with 320x240 at 30 fps
Wouldn't it be cool tho, possible 1 gig mem, 30 fps vid, 2 meg camera with autofocus and a 16xzoom , we are now talking a very respectable multimedia device.

Anyway I was checking the P910 and it has the very same "Memory Stick Duo" printing as well however it supports MS PRO Duo media. So I hope so.. |
