Disposable phones would be good for travellers...just for instance you're in a country with widespread CDMA coverage you could buy a phone on arrival at the airport and use it perhaps for 2 weeks...afterwhich you can dispose of it...they could make it from bio-degradable plastics.

Yes, I heard of those disposable phones sometime ago too, but no news lately. Maybe its not so cost-effective for the manufacturers.
PS: I used to be known as AYA

Dunno anything about FMA but I think it's some app you'd use with your Java-enabled phone. I'm still interested in cardboard phones.

I shall be in South Africa in just under 12 hours, assuming there are no further delays.

Fma, is "floats mobile agent" and is pc software designed for just about every SE phone. All the way back yo the t68i. No java required.
Speaking of the t68i, brix25, you're making me nostalgic and now I'm missing my old phone...
What the hell am i gonna do with it, i don't know, but now i miss it.

@Siosal: Thanks for the compliment... I actually bought the phone brand new from a dealer in Cape Town. How does FMA work with my phone?
