OK, this is my discovery from visiting my local CPW.
They DONT have any stock in yet, but they CAN order it in.
The SIM-FREE price off the handset is £149..... The system will allow you place an order, and they can sell you one at that price. The member of staff I was dealing with knew as well as I did that this was the WRONG price.. (as it was £50 cheaper than a PAYG handset on o2, however that price may have been wrong too) however as it was allowing him to enter my details, take payment and generate an invoice, he could sell me one.
If i didn't have the possibility of 2 for free with my upgrade I would have snapped his arm off... however he suspected he may have gotten into trouble for selling, as he should have known they were mis-priced.
the assistant manager of the store was going to ring retail support after i left, but providing it isnt fixed, then you maybe able to get a simfree one for £149... CPW stock code is SEK850IB or SEK850IG for blue or green

It's probably just a placeholder price until the unit actually comes into stock. I'm sure once the stock arrives and is booked in, that the price will go back up to something sane. |

You have to put the code in the "ident" section, o2 failed to tell me this too:
http://www.dhl.co.uk/publish/[....]ing/international_air.low.html
click on "UK Domestic" and "by ident code" then put it in the first box and click ok, that should work

If o2 only gave you the DHL tracking number today, then it may not be on the DHL system until tomorrow.
The systems are updated over night and the despatch systems then transmit to dhl telling them what they will be getting tomorrow.
Hope this makes sense
