It does look a lot better in my opinion. A bit more interesting to look at.

That certainly does look improved. I seem to remember that the original game never quite looked top notch until it was finally released.

Might wait til the end of the month to download it as I'm running low on my internets. Let us know what its like eh? Can you ride the bikes offline or are they an online only thing (like those cars they released which were crap anyway cause they had no boost)?

The bikes pack is a great update for free.
There are two bikes which you can use immediately from your garage. The fast bike is quite fast but not ridiculous, not least because they have no boost.
The pack also adds new events and freeburn challenges but also adds nights and day and variable weather! The daytime can be set manually, set to a selection of day cycle speeds or set to copy your local time.
@ yea g
I have plenty of trophy games, to the extent thatI've collected 123 so far.
Take a look at TheSixthAxis for a good summary list and also PS3Trophies.co.uk for a forum all about them

@MikLSP: Cheers mate. Are the bikes available offline or are they an online only thing like those two cars they released a while back?

Yes, as I said you can use them immediately and don't even need to unlock them online or anything.
With the cars that were previously added I know at least one of them could be won for offline use by winning a certain online race with it.

for me, the bikes are rubbish..much prefer the cars. There are a further two bikes to unlock doing challenges..having said that, it maybe that i havent spent enough time with the bikes to really appreciate them. I still have 60 odd cars to unlock too..also, ive just received a psp slim so thats taking a bit of my time up, trying to find what i can do with it, apart from movies. (tropic thunder looks great on the psp's screen) |
