@pow o2 gives u warranty, if the fone hasnt been flashed with a non o2 fw. every change or modifing will make warranty unvalid

Plus O2 do very little to a phone anyway, just start up screen and screen saver.

Well, sorry for the silly question but... does the wi-fi on N80 work like a regular wi-fi on a notebook, meaning, internet for free (no charge from operators)?

N80 does support most protocols for WiFi surfing.
FREE WiFi depends if you can Cyphon off your neighbors WiFi AP or using your own or a business that offers.

One good thing I have to say about the N70 is that its got the best screen in the 176x208 res category. |

Ummm, not sure. Due to the new symbian, 3250's screen looks really horrible. |
