Thought I'd also start posting some of my pics on the thread.

Here's one of my office, a newsroom after 9pm.

Here's another one of child and his father taken in one of the rural towns 500km from Cape Town, South Africa.

This one was taken a couple of weeks ago during a rain storm in the city centre...not many people around, then again it was on a Sunday but I loved the result.

Some still-life images:

"a moment of quiet" (U.N. Avenue)

"playground memories"

Receiving room, laundry service shop (Las Piņas)

Now this one, a cheery image of a teenaged schoolboy stretching to place a used tray on a nearby table, to the amusement of his classmate (hidden from the frame).

"(Same) Sex and the City" *** Two good buddies display male bonding by clasping hands while they talk animatedly. They had been in this position for quite a few seconds; one of them was half-aware of me.

@manfran - I'm not so sure, bud. But my gut feel is that they're straight and just really good friends. I've seen some real men hold hands (especially long-lost friends), though I think our society would make us feel naturally squeamish about it. I would very much like to know how other cultures look upon men holding hands!

@chili
You are really good man, you do have the eye. You could be a professional.
Nice to see confirmed that a good photographer never is limited by technical restraints.

You do have other camera's? 'Real' ones?

@DeLa - Thanks, buddy... Very recently, I bought myself a Canon A510 digicam (3.2mpx). The more I use it, the more I'm amazed! But I haven't yet taken any pics with it that would show its true capabilities.

Quirino corner Taft Avenues. Taft Avenue - the one without vehicles - lies under the shadow of the LRT Line 1. This line of elevated train links a 14.5-kilometer stretch between north and south of Metro Manila.
